Harith is one of the talented magicians from the Feline nation. She comes from a cat-human race, similar to Nana. Harith has the talent to master time and space magic, therefore he is often referred to as the Time Traveler.
Behind his cute and funny appearance, Harith has terrible abilities. Especially if he is guarded by a strong tank hero like the Minotaur, Harith can freely inflict damage on enemies in the game.
So before you start trying to play this agile mage hero, you should first understand everything about Harith. Increasingly curious about Harith? Here are 5 advantages that you must know:
1. Harith is a very agile mage hero, and is difficult to kill.
Usually mage type heroes don’t have the skills to escape, but this doesn’t apply to Harith. Chrono Dash can make Harith move quickly. His Chrono Dash can also deal damage to enemies, as well as provide shields to himself continuously. This makes Harith a mage that is difficult to kill.
2. Mastering Harith is not difficult, as long as you know how to target the enemy.
All skills possessed by Harith require the player’s ability to be able to control Harith’s movements, both for running and attacking. Harith is indeed one of the difficult heroes. But once you understand how to target enemies, then Harith will be easier for you to master. At least playing Harith is much easier when compared to Selena and Kagura.
3. From the beginning to the end of the game, Harith can be a hero to annoy the enemy.
At the beginning of the game Harith could easily finish off the minion lane. Harith is also able to finish off enemies on the same lane. Apart from being known to be very agile, Harith is difficult to catch because his Chrono Dash has a short cooldown time. Anyway, either Synchro Fission or Chrono Dash, all the skills this one hero has are really annoying.
4. Harith’s magic attack can produce high damage because it is critical.
As noted earlier, Harith is a terrible mage. This is because Harith can provide critical magic damage. Of course this cannot be predicted by the enemy, Harith’s attack, which was initially normal, can suddenly produce high damage due to criticality. Especially if your Harith has been equipped with Holy Crystal and Berserker’s Fury items. Isn’t that scary?
5. Harith has a passive skill that can reduce the duration of the enemy’s control effect skill.
This passive skill that Harith has is very profitable. Harith gets a reduced control effect, so he can easily escape. Even though Harith is surrounded by enemies, Harith can still escape using Chrono Dash or Flicker. At least it takes more than 3 heroes to be able to kill Harith.
Those are some of the advantages of Harith that you need to know. You can get this agile mage by buying it for 32,000 battle points. So what are you waiting for, let’s try playing Harith. Prove for yourself whether Harith is really a really terrible mage or even lousy.
Check the list of Harith’s weakness below so you can learn to beat them later!
1. Difficult to use
Looking at the gameplay, you might think Harith is an easy hero to master. Just jump from one place to another, everything can be done.
Reality says otherwise. Harith is actually quite difficult to use. Especially if you are the type of player who panics and likes to press wrong. The problem is, one jump forward, you can catch the enemy, then die in vain.
Even though Harith has the ability to create a shield when jumping towards an enemy, it is still very risky to approach the enemy. The resilience effect is still not as effective as immunity, so Harith will die quickly if ganged.
Besides that, the combination of Ulti skills is also not as easy as imagined. To get a cooldown reduction (CDR) effect, you have to be in a sword-shaped area. That is, jumping wrong results in the cooldown of your skills not decreasing.
2. Not Strong in the Early Game
Hero Mage is generally very weak at the beginning of the game. Harith is actually not that weak because skill 2 gives burst damage. Not to mention the dashing ability which makes it harder to die. However, when compared to ‘similar’ heroes, let’s say Lunox or Harley, Harith feels less ‘bite’ at the start of the game.
The damage from Harith’s skills is fairly small at the beginning of the game. In fact, for skill 1 the difference is almost double between skill levels 1 and 6. Especially if you haven’t got Ulti, aka still levels 1-3.
3. Need Buff
In fact, Harith is somewhat stronger in a balanced level with other heroes. However, it’s a different case if you fight players with abilities equal to or more GG than you. Losing the level will be a disaster because you have the potential to become a feeder.
That’s why Harith really needs buffs to level up and produce items faster than the others. The problem is not over there. In the early to mid game, he couldn’t finish off the forest monsters quickly. You need a teammate to endure the damage to the forest monsters so farming will be faster.
4. Don’t Have “One Shot One Kill” Skill
Harith does have great damage from his 1st and 2nd skills. Unfortunately, he couldn’t finish off a large number of enemies in an instant. This deficiency also makes him very weak when ganged by the enemy.
The reason is, both of his skills are not the reap type like Kimmy or Valir. In order for the damage to come out maximally, you have to launch attacks repeatedly. Even doing this is not an easy matter because you have to direct your jumps correctly. Wrong jump, you can stay away from enemies or even jump into hordes of enemies.
5. More Effective when Ganking and 1 vs 1
Harith’s gameplay can be said to have a style similar to Harley and Cyclops. The three of them are more effective for one-on-one or ganking situations than team fight situations.
One of the reasons is as explained in the previous point. Harith doesn’t have the skills that can kill multiple enemies at once. The skill is lock, which means you can only finish off one enemy first and then move on to another.
The problem is, this really doesn’t support the team fight situation. If you don’t have a hero with area skills, it’s certain that your team will be overwhelmed and have the potential to make the enemy win the battle.
Harith’s abilities must be recognized, making him very feared in the game. However, she was not completely untouchable. He was more effective in one-on-one situations because he didn’t have any area type skills other than his Ulti. So, how do you respond to the weaknesses of this hero? Do you have any other weakness points that weren’t mentioned on this list?
